Certain applications may require a one-time SMS message sent to the cell phone number you provided on your account opening paperwork. The short code 856767 is used by TransUnion to authenticate your account via SMS. You may request a new access code be sent to you from your TLOxp® account profile page.

Opt-out:

You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by texting STOP to 856767. However, doing so will lock access to your account. Please email tloxp@transunion.com or call customer service at 800-856-5599 for additional information. Supported carriers are AT&T, U.S. Cellular, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Virgin Mobile, Boost, Cricket, and T-Mobile.
